    Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

    If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

    If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.

    A public liability policy covers damage to people or property.

    It is in place to protect business owners if someone sues for personal injury or damage to property.

Jim Boyd – Jim’s Skip Bins (St Kilda) VIC

Originally from Bonbeach I’m new to the Skip Bin Business.
With over 25 years in customer service including national management roles with international companies it was time for me to “invest in myself” and decided with careful consideration to become a Jims franchisee.
With experience driving all types of trucks and construction in my family genes I’m looking to develop relationships with my customers to ensure they can rely on me every time.
I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people and providing solutions whenever I can. I see this service industry as an opportunity to put my experience and skill set to the test.
I live by one basic motto being “treat others as you would like to be treated yourself”

The St Kilda and surrounding bayside areas are experiencing a lot of investment in property including renovations, demolition, sub division, new office and home construction. It’s always pleasing to see new and refreshing improvements in the area.
Many people ask me about becoming a franchisee. I can say with confidence that our customers choose Jims because of the trusted brand. It’s up to franchisees like myself to ensure the brand is represented accordingly. This was a critical factor for me when considering to start my own business.
Just a couple of things to remember when considering a Skip Bin:
– A bin cannot be placed on your nature strip or the road unless permission is granted from the local council where you reside. I am accredited with all the local councils throughout the CBD and costs vary depending where you live.
– If you aren’t sure what size bin you need please don’t hesitate to ask, I can always come visit you at a convenient time provide some advice and make a recommendation.
– All of my bins are Australian made and I can provide bins from 2,3,4,6,8&10 cubic metres. All of these bins have walk in / wheelbarrow access except our little 2 cubic metre bin.
