This morning after no contact I called again to be told to scrap it.. you dumped a bin blocking my driveway and I have to pay to remove it. I called recently for a quote on a skip for rubbish at my property in Lilydale. I got a email at 8.09 pm saying I would receive a call the next morning between 8am and 8 .15am. I then received another email at 8.13pm informing me my phone appointment was cancelled as the company was too busy in my suburb. I’ve previously used Jim’s bins in Lilydale and use their other services on a monthly basis. Furious with this I rang the call centre the next morning and got the standard company line excuses as to why Jim’s couldn’t help me even though I didn’t need the Skip bin for another 2 weeks. We saw the boss/ owner of Jim’s whinging about why they couldn’t operate over Covid stage 4. Iii think twice about using any Jim’s service after my latest encounter. Not good enough Jim’s

He took the time to recommend a bin size that I needed (always go bigger than you think you need) and extended the time we had it without charging me extra.
