New Franchisee’s Dale and Ros have relocated to “Paradise” (Marcoola) in July 2015 after holidaying on the Sunshine Coast regularly over the past 15 years. The lure of the perfect climate, pristine beaches, wonderful community spirit and festivals along with the close proximity of our extended family made the move a very easy decision.
Having returned to Queensland after five years in Western Australia, we embarked on the search of a business that would use the skills acquired in the west to provide a service to both the commercial/building industry and the community alike, based around cost effective waste removal with an emphasis on recycling and reducing the amount of waste to landfill.
With a no job to big or small attitude, we will provide skip bin hire to all areas of the Sunshine Coast from Cooroy to Caloundra and from the coast to Kilcoy seven days a week, specialising in weekend service. Bringing a buy local policy, we have invested in a variety of bin sizes from the Skip Factory at Warana to suit all needs. We have bins from a 2m³ for a small yard clean up to 8m³ for the builders or larger waste removals and everything in between (3m, 4m and 6m) with or without doors to make filling easier. We can dispose of all types of waste including green waste, bricks/soil/concrete, builders waste and general clean-ups.
Dale’s background of working in the Australian Army followed by ten years as a self-employed plumber in Brisbane prior to entering the waste industry for the last five years gives him a great understanding of a client’s expectations when ordering a skip bin. The need to provide a safe, cost effective service, combined with punctuality on both delivery and collection is extremely important to the customer’s experience. Over the last five years Dale has driven skip trucks servicing home owners, builders and large organisations including Rio Tinto and is determined to see that your experience with Jim’s is a very pleasant and efficient one.
Ros, who will co-ordinate the job scheduling and look after invoicing and accounts, has a vast amount of experience in dealing with both large commercial clients and individuals alike through her previous employees the Dampier Port Authority and fifteen years’ service as a support officer to the Queensland Police Service..
Since our arrival in Paradise we have looked to get very involved in the community through volunteering with organisations such as the Red Cross Blood Bank and Lifeline, and joined many clubs including the Mt. Coolum Golf Club.
We look forward to assisting you with any waste removal enquiries you may have.
