Terry from Jim's Skip Bins Greensborough delivered and picked up the bin on time and with minimal fuss. He placed the skip bin where we wanted it, carefully and was prompt with good advice on loading it. Was one of the cheapest but we got confidence he would offer the best service. He was able to give us the big bin size for our small driveway, confirming measurements and delivering to Fitzroy North in inner Melbourne saved us from getting a permit. We needed it picked up the same day, so he was able to deliver another 2 bins near me in Heidelberg and Bulleen then came back, giving us 2 hours to load the bin. That meant our driveway was freed up again and our rubbish removal done. Can recommend his services 👍

We used Jim’s Skip Bin Hire for a backyard cleanup in Ocean Grove as they had a Geelong outlet which is near me. We had both mixed waste (lots of odd bits and pieces) and green waste (some plants and chopped branches). I checked their website beforehand for any extra info, called their number and they organised for Wayne to call me back and he gave advice on the size of skip and cost. Although Jim’s were not as cheap as other quotes we obtained, we thought they would be the best based on their brand and checking the customer reviews. I knew if there were any problems there was a better chance of it being resolved using a well known company. Everything ran smoothly, Wayne was helpful and we’re happy. We’ll use Jim’s again when we need to organise rubbish removal.

I didn't order a bin but they thought it would be great to block my carport and driveway with a skip bin. After contacting them yesterday I was told someone would call me urgently. This morning after no contact I called again to be told to scrap it.. you dumped a bin blocking my driveway and I have to pay to remove it. If you want poor customer service that don't act on urgent issues caused by their mistakes and don't care about their reputation contact Jims!

Oleg was quick to respond and asked relevany questions to help accertain Bin Size I'd need for the DIY job (I was planning to book a much bigger bin after reading many web pages of Bin providers). Oleg did a great job at getting the 9 m3 bin up our steep driveway. The bin door opened easily and the bin was clean when it was delivered. Oleg collected the bin promptly when we were finished with it. The invoicing was sorted out after the bin had been collected which I appreciated. I would recommend Oleg to anyone looking for a professional rubbish removal. I will be using his service again in the near future.

My Neighbor gave me Adam from Jims Skip bins phone number and highly recommended him.He was great to deal with from the first phone call. Everything was easy, he asked me to TXT him with my address and where I wanted the bin. He arrived early dropped it off exactly where I said before I was even out of bed. Just messaged him when I was done and he picked it up the next day. All very painless.I would highly recommend him to anyone!Edit 16/03/21: Just got another 4 bins from Adam as I've been getting a heap of work done in the yard. On time and happy to help as always!

Prompt, friendly and very professional. A small clerical error caused the wrong sized skip to be delivered. Mistakes happen, that's life. But how a business responds is a true revealer of character. Shout out to Peter Bertram and his lovely wife Michelle. These guys came back on a Saturday with another bin for no additional fee, AND personally helped me load it IN THE RAIN.
