Terry from Jim's Skip Bins Greensborough delivered and picked up the bin on time and with minimal fuss. He placed the skip bin where we wanted it, carefully and was prompt with good advice on loading it. Was one of the cheapest but we got confidence he would offer the best service. He was able to give us the big bin size for our small driveway, confirming measurements and delivering to Fitzroy North in inner Melbourne saved us from getting a permit. We needed it picked up the same day, so he was able to deliver another 2 bins near me in Heidelberg and Bulleen then came back, giving us 2 hours to load the bin. That meant our driveway was freed up again and our rubbish removal done. Can recommend his services 👍

We used Jim’s Skip Bin Hire for a backyard cleanup in Ocean Grove as they had a Geelong outlet which is near me. We had both mixed waste (lots of odd bits and pieces) and green waste (some plants and chopped branches). I checked their website beforehand for any extra info, called their number and they organised for Wayne to call me back and he gave advice on the size of skip and cost. Although Jim’s were not as cheap as other quotes we obtained, we thought they would be the best based on their brand and checking the customer reviews. I knew if there were any problems there was a better chance of it being resolved using a well known company. Everything ran smoothly, Wayne was helpful and we’re happy. We’ll use Jim’s again when we need to organise rubbish removal.

I organised a 6m skip from Jim’s Skip bin hire for rubbish removal in Elsternwick. I’m very happy with the service both of organising, drop off and pick up. I had mixed rubbish including old doors to throw out and the driver helped me move them because they were too heavy for me (Thank you!). They were also cheaper compared to other quotes. I would use them again and recommend them for others.

I didn't order a bin but they thought it would be great to block my carport and driveway with a skip bin. After contacting them yesterday I was told someone would call me urgently. This morning after no contact I called again to be told to scrap it.. you dumped a bin blocking my driveway and I have to pay to remove it. If you want poor customer service that don't act on urgent issues caused by their mistakes and don't care about their reputation contact Jims!

Oleg did a great job at getting the 9 m3 bin up our steep driveway. The bin door opened easily and the bin was clean when it was delivered. Daryl was flexible in terms of time and days of skip bin hire. He helped me to assess the size of bin required and can and can’t go in the bin. It takes the guessing stress off your shoulders. I hired skip bins from Daryl several times now and always 100% satisfaction.

Provided a 3 cubic metre when only a 2 requested as a 3 has an opening to make loading easier. Very glad of this due to ease of loading and we exceeded 2 cubic metres anyway.

I had the worst experience with Jim's Skip Bins. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Will never recommend it to anyone. Kwik Skip has better value and friendlier staff.
