Glenn recently joined the Jim's Skip Bins franchise in January 2010.  He is married, with one son and has been a keen member of the Country Fire Authority for over 20 years.

Possessing a background in Horticulture, Glenn previously worked for the former Springvale and Greater Dandenong Councils, in the Parks and Gardens Department.  He then moved on to the Springvale Botanical Cemetery (formerly The Necropolis) where he worked for approximately 10 years. 

Seeking a new career change, Glenn became involved in the Timber Flooring industry, working in both retail and wholesale sectors. 

After much thought, Glenn decided that it was time for a new direction, but this time the goal was to be "his own boss".  Whilst searching for what was available - Glenn came across the the Jim's Skip Bins Franchise.  "The Jim's franchise seemed like a great opportunity, that utilises a well known brand name, with a good support structure"." It could really help me to be my own boss, to grow my own business and to do my best for me instead of my best for someone else".
